What this notice covers
This notice applies to the Lacverin website, its stay enquiry and guest-message tools. It explains the current handling of information, rather than promising services that are not connected.

Information you choose to enter
The enquiry tools ask for dates, room preferences, a name, email address and optional notes. These fields exist to create a useful document for you. Avoid entering sensitive information such as payment details, identity documents or medical records.

Processing and retention
Form information is processed in the current browser tab. It is not sent to a reservations team, saved in an account or written to persistent browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears the form state. A document you choose to download remains on your device until you remove it.

Website delivery
This website at lacverin.com uses Cloudflare for delivery and traffic security, with an OVH-hosted origin. These providers may process IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and request times to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may add a performance-measurement script to some visits. This is separate from the enquiry tools, which do not send your form entries. Infrastructure security may also use temporary browser identifiers. See Cloudflare’s privacy information for its network-data practices.

No advertising or tracking
The website application does not embed advertising pixels, analytics, social widgets or third-party webfonts. Hosting-provider measurement is described above. We do not use the enquiry fields for marketing, profiling or sharing with advertising partners.

External resources
Responsible-play links lead to independent websites. Following a link means the destination receives a normal web request and applies its own privacy practices. Review those practices before providing information.

Your choices and questions
You may browse without completing a form. You may edit entries before downloading, clear the page state by refreshing and delete any downloaded file yourself. The guest enquiry page provides a note-making tool, not a working privacy mailbox. A verified operator contact must be supplied before a public commercial service begins.
